  As much as I can understand it for its high praise, this one didn't connect with me as much as Jarmusch's other two films I've seen.

  I can respect the dreamlike-
  /in between life and death feel of the entire film, and the way Jarmusch subverts the Western genre, but when long stretches of the film feels like endless traveling through the desert, and Depp's passive antithesis of the standard western hero, it just didn't resonate with me.

  I'm starting to like DreamWorks more over Pixar/Disney, because while Disney/Pixar feels like they're on the downhill, DreamWorks will release one really good film for every Kung Fu Panda 4 that's released. Inconsistency is their thing.
  I think Wild Robot is one of the best animated blockbuster kids movies to come out in a long time, that feels more in line with earlier Pixar movies like Wall-E.

  I really like how ambiguous the main character feels throughout the whole movie, you never really know what she is truly thinking.
  Freaky but not as freaky as how the STM didn't break down once during the entire film.
