  This did not age well at all, lmao. If I could ignore all the stalking normalcy, I guess it's a good film about fate or whatever. The emotions did feel real, though.

  I loved watching this as a kid, and I rewatched it just now. I cried a LOT. But in a good way. I love seeing children's movies tackling bigger issues. I highly recommend it. It is so smart, really teaches important lessons without an "in your face" attitude. A sad backstory that is much more than a sad backstory. A movie about a collaborative effort to resolve Granny's childhood trauma, lmao. It is very well-written, with good animation for its time and genre, and a great soundtrack. Great ending.
