This is a simply but beautifully shot film. Song very effectively demonstrates the concept of “inyeon” in a story. The story of Nora and Haesung is hard to explain but also remarkably simple and universal. Story-wise, much of the first watch felt like a slog, because as much screentime Nora has, we dont get much of an inkling of how she actually feels about Haesung.
