  The Electric State isn’t as bad as the internet says, but it’s a sci-fi mess—equal parts dull, directionless, and bloated.

  My biggest issue? Netflix dumping it on streaming. It’s just disrespectful to cinema.

  I can report that the PR nightmare is, in fact, worse than the movie — sorry to disappoint.

  These live-action remakes just don’t capture the magic of the animated originals. But then again, maybe that “magic” was just me being a clueless kid with zero responsibilities — no bills, no career stress, no existential dread.

  Maybe Happy Gilmore 2 will be the cinematic revival I truly need…
