This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.
Still thinking about the absolute gut punch of holding the one you love while they die 16 times from science experiments. The other parts of the movie were super fun and awesome too! Feels a bit disjointed and the 3rd act drags a bit, but the emotional core (referenced above) is such a wonderful emotional climax I don't care too much about the cons. Rob Patt my beloved.

Arrival 2016
Just came back from a screening with the screen writer, Eric Heisserer. I've seen this so many times but it never gets old. Particularly been thinking all night about how Eric said Louise dealt with "memory as an affliction." Idk, that really hit me hard. Gonna try and digest that this week with the therapist.
