Recently rewatched this film. My first viewing was upon theatrical release. Great writing and story telling. Daniel Kaluuya was outstanding as the lead. The second viewing 6 years later and it still provided the thrills and mystery of the dark drama or horror genre. Original story with callbacks to similar films in years past.

Devito, pheifer, Keaton, and Walken add so much to this already dark and well written sequel. One of kind situation where the sequel is better than the original or origin story. Tim Burton has such a feel for this character and the Gotham City environment.
