Wolverine joins another Batman/Christopher Nolan team up in a movie about a bitter magician rivalry. Gotta love the period piece vibes, stellar cast, and plot twists, which there are more than just a few of. Felt like 10 iq points smarter for watching this. It’s cunning, maniacal, and spectacularly done, just like lilo and stitch.

What Oppenheimer wanted to be, action, drama, history. You had characters to hate and to like and root for, all while learning about this dark mark on US history. Felt like I was learning about the original American gold diggers, a playbook for the kardashians. Only looked at my watch once and that was with juuuuust the right amount of time left in the movie, 15 minutes. Scorsese does it again. Up there with Lilo and Stitch.
