Limitless 2011
All time favorite. Don’t try to transpose your mid-brow, overly-optimized solution to everything Eddie does because that is not the point of this film. Although coming off optically as the chimera-chasing rumination of an aderall junkie, this movie is really about finding the “spark”. This movie is the single biggest motivating factor in my life, and even if it that sounds sad, I am ok with it.

I don’t get shocked. I grew up in the “yo come over here and look at this *shows cartel dogs eating man alive* “ generation, but let me say that this movie is trash. Nothing else to it. Although the animal cruelty was disgusting and gratuitous, I’m not letting it skew my perception of the movie as a whole. That being said, I must reiterate that this movie is straight garbage. Do yourself a favor and cutoff anybody who recommends this movie unironically because they can’t be good to have around long-term.
