Review for "HELL OR HIGHWATER":
A modern western. This movie is Texas as heck! I enjoyed this one quite a bit. Great cinematography, phenomenal performances, and a killer soundtrack that I really dug. I also feel like this is a movie a keeps getting better every time you watch it.

I'm glad that there was something on this movie to keep me watching. Most of this movie for me is content you'd see in the $5 bin in Wal-Mart. Lazy character development, throw away villain, shaky cam everywhere, and no reason to to watch...OH WAIT, THERE IS. In the middle of the movie there's about a 10 minute "one shot" of action that it's absolutely wicked! And is the only reason I give it 2.5/5.Translated from by

Joker 2019
The Joker is a well acted, well directed story that didn't need to be told. There's no re-watchability to this. Now that we know what happens in the story, there's no point to watch it again. It's a shame, Joaquin Phoenix is so good in this. The only reason to watch this movie is for his amazing performance. There's nothing to root for because we already know what happens.
