A Real Pain 2024
Great in many aspects. But especially the character dynamics were refreshingly simple yet complex and real at the same time which is a mixture I don't see often done in a way like they did here. Felt almost too short once it ended yet we get to know the two main characters so well that it felt like we knew their entire life. Really speaks to Jesse Eisenbergs well written script and the acting. Not something I'm gonna rewatch tomorrow maybe but definitely something you can recommand to pretty much anyone. I'm still puzzled on why like 6 people walked out during my screening though lol
