I would watch a lot more movies, if only I could ever learn that "quick 20 minute breaks on my phone" always last 2 hours.

Oh my Gawd!!! Amazingly funny, a great soundtrack, touching on plenty of topics with at least some depth (love, trauma, patriotidm, loyalty, corruption, fun, etc.), amazing characters, the two main ones stole the show, but even super secondairy characters like Yvonne have some depth.

The Boy and the Heron 2023
The beauty to comprehensibility ratio of this movie is through the charts. The sound design, the vibe, the aesthetic, the characters, the world were all immaculate.
Also, added bonus, it helped me learn that I am only four hand shakes away from Myazaki himself, which is pretty cool (me to a friend from oslo, to a friend of hers (who is an acquaintance of mine), to the voice actor of Mahito, to the big boss)

Oooh the visuals were amazing, every frame a painting, hot damnnnnn. Oh and the music is absolutely chef's kiss, waaah!!! And Hal9000 is a really cool character!!!
