Alien: Romulus 2024
This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.
Stunning! A great concept that fits in both individually as a film and conjoined with the franchise. I personally loved the CGI, some of the wide shots of space were absolutely beautiful- The Alien itself was perfect as expected and the new twist of the alien itself with it’s human hybrid was expected yet still an amazing sight. My only wish was actualising the perfect process of how much we actually get to see: how much time is spent between the aliens shown and the “hunting” presence; something I think can never be replicated in reference to the first film.

This film is humorful, insightful and incredibly depressing.
Everything, Everywhere, All at Once. Is a film for the ones who feel like they’ve lost their chance to live. Because their expectations of living never came to fruition, frustration and sadness.
Of joys you know deep down you could’ve had, but never actualised.
But going deep into the rabbit whole of “what if’s”?
