Blink Twice 2024
I feel similarly to most of the reviews here. Liked it but also didn’t. SA scenes rub me the wrong way and the concept def feels stolen. Also didn’t like the feel of slater chasing Frida through the forest but maybe that was intentional.. and where was Sarah at the end?

I felt weird about the Gru/Poppy dynamic like.. grown male neighbor hanging out in teenage girl neighbor’s treehouse? Ik there was no ill intent but might give the wrong message.. and the entire minions superhero subplot was literally just the beginning of the Incredibles.
Tbh after Despicable me 2 & the first Minions the franchise could have (should have) ended this feels like they’re running out of ideas but I could be biased since the franchise started when I was a kid and now I’m an adult idk
