Already the powerhouse of the prequels trio, after seeing clone wars this easily goes up to being a perfect 5/5. Anikan’s descent to the dark side of the force makes more sense, the Lord Sidious/Yoda duel and the Anikan/Obi wan duels are so perfect.

I forgot how terrifying General Grievous is in live action

There is a word in Korean. Inyeon. It means providence, or fate. But it’s specifically about relationships between people. I think it comes from Buddhism. Or reincarnation. It’s an inyeon if two strangers even walk by each other in the street, and their clothes accidentally brush.

Beautiful, raw and gut wrenching. I went into this film completely blind and came out shattered. Earlier this year I reconnected with someone from my past and I had JUST ended it when I…

Cried the entire way through. The struggles of being the daughter of an Asian immigrant mother who doesn’t really understand you (even though you know deep down she tries as hard as she knows how) is one so unique I can’t even begin to describe it, love is so complex and yet so present, there really is love in every universe (even ones with hotdog hands)

    Happy may the 4th!

While it’s not quite the same, I’ve always said that something I am very jealous of is people who got to see the “No, I am your father” scene in 1980 however seeing it in the cinema today was close enough. While I am still of the firm belief that Vader is MUCH scarier and a much more effective villain in the more modern films, i still have a very special place in my heart for this one.

    God I love Star Wars!!!!!!!

Watching this on my friends Apple TV account on my iPhone, the cinematic experience Scorsese intended.

Killers of the Flower Moon is an absolute triumphant of filmmaking in every category. What an incredible performance from every person in this film. Going into this, I was concerned about the 3 hours and 30 minutes runtime; however, not a single minute was wasted, I was engrossed the entire time. Every single shot and every single frame was perfect.

What a ridiculous achievement of film. This is one you have to see, there’s really no words to describe it.
