Definitely the weakest of the Iron Man trilogy in my opinion. While a decent continuation of Tony Stark's story of becoming a good superhero, it's weak villain and forgettable plot just don't help it stand against the first film. However, the special effects and action scenes definitely help make up for this. Whether it be Tony Stark facing off against Whiplash with his briefcase suit, or Iron Man and War Machine facing off against a horde of drones, it is very difficult to not be entertained when fighting begins. Definitely not the worst of the MCU, but very far from the great MCU films.
