    What a harmless, completely inconsequential movie. Everyone has their superhero suits on and plays their role exactly the same as ever. The jokes oftentimes fall flat, the script is uninspired and draws too much from action/adventure comedy tropes. In the end, it’s competent, but we’ve seen it all before. It exists, but it wouldn’t hurt anyone if it didn’t.

    I’ll start by saying that wish I liked this one a bit more; it deserved it. A rich soundscape and beautiful imagery set the scene for the myths and legends of the Amazon forest, while contrasting with current, REAL problems that communities like the Yanomami have to deal with every day, one of which being the invasion of gold prospectors that tear apart the whole Amazonian ecosystem.
