  I honestly didn't love either of the Suspiria movies individually ( I HATED the ending of 2018 but I liked the pacing and the storytelling, 1977 was lacking a little bit in that respect but the vibes were immaculate and I preferred the final girl type ending) but I think them coexisting really makes both of them so much better. I wouldn't say this is one of my favorites ever but I definitely enjoyed and would love to rewatch to better understand.

  An absolute MASTERPIECE of animation. Every frame is absolutely crammed with details and forshadowing and everything is intentional. Knowing this makes the experience better every time because you're on the hunt for the Easter eggs. I've watched this movie 6 times and I'll keep watching it until I DIE.
