This movie opens with a genuine hook for the viewer. So much happens and yet it really feels like nothing ever gets done in this world of only bad things. The metaphors are heavy-handed but also don't actually mean or amount to anything.
I can only imagine this movie is "liked" by people that are afraid to admit they don't like it, lest others think they're stupid.
