I feel like the sound design is a character of it's own and that watching the movie to its best potential requires the viewer to listen rather than look at what is happening.
At times I thought the direction could be better and the camera work more focused on the performance to better see what is happening but by wathcing further into the movie I realized I didn't have to see I needed to listen.
