  Eggers know exactly what he wants to pull from this story and delivers on a beautiful tableaux of lust and insatiable transgression; combining the expressionist stylism of F.W. Murnau with beautiful Chiaroscuro and genuinely commanding terror, he brings a fresh new intensity to the age old tale.

  Bill Skarsgård utterly disappears beneath the incredible make-up and impressive Vlad the Impaler 'tache of Orlok and strikes a spot on balance between terrifying and captivating. Other standouts…

  Oh how it's great to see a film so massively divisive hit wide release again...
