  It's okay.

  It's just more Bad Guys content for people who want to see the second film and are too impatient to wait to see these characters again. And while I do want to see the sequel, I am not one of those people.

  Translation: Universal already has a profitable film franchise with a character(s) named Minion and we can't have blue Paul over here stealing thunder from our marketable Lemonheads.

  The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian 2008

  ★★★ Watched 17 Feb 2024

  No wonder Andrew Adamson didn't return to direct the third film, he treated the second installment as it was the Endgame of the Narnia universe.

  And not only that, he and Disney really were leaning into the Middle Earth / Harry Potter side of things due to how epic, grand, over-orchastrated and dark everything is here. It might not fit Narnia, but GEEZ does it make one Hell of a film.
