  Utterly mesmerizing visuals that draw the eye and change perception from frame to frame. The way it contextualizes and recontextualizes spatiality (and temporality) on a moment by moment basis gives it it's most directly haunting vibes.   Its mixture of drama and comedy just does not blend. The jokes cheapen every narrative beat, and are very rarely funny. It seems to think in-jokes, cameos and self-conciousness are of greater importance to creating a compelling movie than actual writing. There's actually some interesting ideas in here, but they're completely foiled by the fact that it's all made so ridiculous with pulling everything into silliness.
