The Wicker Man 1973
i never tough a horror musical would hit so intense. the maypole song scene?! all the atmosphere changed right there. plus the willow song, if he had given into temptation… it would saved his life, they wanted a virgin sacrifice. but then Rowan Morrison would have died. he was loyal not only to his beliefs but to his fiancé. the whole scene was… mesmerizing, haunting, her voice sounds like a hypnotic lullaby, a fever dream, willow is hauntingly beautiful. definitely one of my favorites movies ever. shocks are so much more absorbed with knees bend!
