as a loud and proud human hater/animal lover this film had my heckles raised.
As the late, great Bert Lahr once poetically put:
Put ‘em up.
(story is top notch, not sure about them letting a 4 year old choose the colour grading options though)
Obviously the bad guy shouldn’t have done the bad things (kidnap? killing?)
I do agree with locking religious canvassers in your home until they agree how silly religion is however.
Dialogue was refreshing from both arguments, plot convenience was a little too on the nose at points.

watched the first half of this film at 13 and snapped it when she dropped Jonesy. Picked it back up 10 years later and realised he survived. All feels well.
Glad that the burden of being the funny family member is getting the recognition it deserves. It’s tough out here for us.
