    I'm sorry, the fictionalisation of these real life characters just got to me. A little too much dramatisation for my liking, but it's a 2008 movie, and I shouldn't expect a whole lot of nuance here. Anyway, Natalie aced it- the true queen, no doubt.

    After finishing Breaking Bad very recently, I immediately had to pick up El Camino and seek closure for one of my favourite onscreen characters. Jesse Pinkman's life and stuggles made me flinch and hurt everytime I'd see him- a happy careless young guy who knew nothing better other than smoking up, being beaten down again and again- slowly stripping him off his happiness and character.
    El Camino, thankfully, provides a much needed closure to my soul, and I couldn't stop…

I loved how the tone and colour grading was different for each time period, I instantly got used to it, making it easier for my subconscious to adapt to the swift time leaps.
