  Great dark fantasy story. It’s sometimes cliche, but only to the extent that it set the standard for the genre 40 years ago, so it is predictable (at times) in a good way. The special effects are fascinating because they are pre-CGI and all stop-motion, so they look pretty dated but not in a bad way.

Following
