It's been a long time since I've seen a Wes Anderson film. I still haven't seen all of his work. My favourite of those I have seen is The Life Aquatic.
As to be expected there's a few of Anderson's regular stable of actors, voice-only this time however. More of the same warm, muted colour palette, offbeat characters and quirky dialogue. The new aspect is the stop-motion animation which has a texture to it that's inviting and reminiscent of Nightmare…
