  Likely for fans of: keeping it in the family, purposeful sex scenes, honest and varied depictions of non-Whites, feminism, The Wizard of Oz, mockumentaries, Spike Lee, older films that would still be controversial in today's social and political climate.

  Unlikely for: those who want more 'color' and less 'coloreds' in their films, the Alt-Right, expired Hostess snack cakes, erectile dysfunction-havers, those who might argue that this film is too much like an art project than a cohesive narrative.

  New Nightmare 1994

  Likely for fans of: the Nightmare series, Welch's Grape Juice, Scream 3, third-degree burns, plot holes, wooden acting, Wes Craven's house?, promising ideas weighed down with overall heavy-handedness or dropped completely, insomniac conspiracy theorists.

  Unlikely for: hard-to-scare skeptics, tyrannosaurus dolls, Jenga towers, those who prefer less bombastic soundtracks in their horror films, Princess Celestia, amputees, anyone unfamiliar with the Nightmare series' progression from straight horror to campy numnums.
