i was a bit numb after the movie tbh and it took 20‘ for my thoughts to start running.thinking about the 90s in paris there were a lot of political discourses and riots, and the anti muslim racism was spread everywhere. so i kind of missed the representation of the resistance movements that were shown in the intro of the movie.
i ended up asking myself why was the white boy the main character?…

bisschen oberflächlich geblieben, im allgemeinen wird wenig in die tiefe gegangen und auch wenig in bezug zur damaligen aktuellen zeit genommen und den bewegungen und widerständen im jahr 1995. inwiefern war fanon's werk und seine gedanken noch teil von politischen dirskursen und bewegungen, wo war er eine inspiration?teils stereotypische dinge repräsentiert
es wird kaum auf kritische punkte seiner arbeiten eingegangen.
falls mensch sich schon mit frantz fanon befasst hat, wirds wahrscheinlich nicht viel neues in der dokumenation…
