  I liked this movie a good amount. I don’t think it’s a great biopic but, as a “Bob Dylan Experience”, it really delivers. The music is great and the performances are very good.   It’s fine. Those who love McKay and his style will eat this up. I was hoping for more, especially with a Leo and JLaw driven movie (their combined fees eat up over over half the budget). I still found myself laughing throughout. Shout out to the young king, Timothée Chalamet, for stealing the show per usual.

  Dialogue and performances carry an otherwise mundane plot. The conflict within the movie is very minimal. Almost immediately you are presented with who to root for and who to not. I thought the outcome of the final vote was incredibly predictable early on in the movie when they have first vote.
