The reality is hard to swallow. The reality is in this film. I don’t think I would watch it again (in a good way).

Beautiful film as well. Production design and the shots are impeccable. I would describe the style as “careful” and “caring”. Thoughtful and fragile.

Love how they use music to insinuate that the characters will meet. And the way they show the places in the film makes us feel like we’ve been there before because of the attention to detail.

    still crying
made me realise how strong of a platform movies are to talk about drugs and how they affect people.

watch it (if you are an addict or not, watch it)

It’s a bit hard to watch and understand dialogue without subtitles, also because of the accent, but that’s just my issue. And you can’t deny it - the Scottish accent is wonderful.
    Still trying to swallow everything.
I wonder if this movie could help addicts. I think it could especially resonate with people born in that age of music, culture.
    Captivating shots.
    Great.

Very odd movie. I don’t think I could tell a person what’s it about if someone asked me.
But I liked it - the style is so pleasing to watch. And I think honestly that this is just a movie you watch to “watch” and enjoy the style.
Such cool camera movements. The editing is really smooth and swift which I found pleasant.
Really liked the characters which made us feel uncomfortable each in their own way. I am still…
