Burst City is not a Movie, Burst City is a Mood. This movie encapsulates you while watching it, it doesent leave you wondering about it's story, rather makes the lack of Plot quite obvious, so that the viewer focuses his attention more on the Music and Visuals.
Compared to other Movies, even Japanese Cyberpunk works of that time, Burst City feels really like a whole different thing.
I can really recommend this to anyone interested in grimey fast Paced Visuals and the finest Rockabilly influence japanese Punkrock.
