Το πρότζεκτ από μόνο του ήταν μεγαλειώδες και το αποτέλεσμα του δίσκου είναι τόσο πρωτοποριακό όσο και αριστουργηματικό. A feast for your ears!
Αυτό που δεν περίμενα όμως είναι και το ντοκιμαντέρ να είναι τόσο υπέροχο. Τα πλάνα, η φωτογραφία, οι λήψεις ΚΑΙ ΤΟ EDITING, ειδικά το editing είναι επιπέδου auteur που δουλεύει χρόνια στο είδος.
Το ηχητικό κομμάτι της ταινίας περίμενα να είναι εκπληκτικό, αλλά ακόμα και εκεί κατάφερε να με εκπλήξει. Το οπτικό κομμάτι όμως, όχι μόνο δεν…
It is somehow different from the other films of this genre at that time. It has some subtle feminist undertones which were a breath of fresh air.

I can't believe that something that absurd managed to tackle so many things like family values, Chinese culture, companionship, acceptance of ourselves/others etc AND actually make sense.
The acting in this one is amazing from all the protagonists. Even though the scripts deals with a very complex and confusing premise, it was fairly simple to follow it, which speaks volumes of its class. The directors did an amazing job at showing all the different universes, while the editing was top notch.
ps I never though I'd tear up over a rock with google eyes, but I guess everything is possible in this multiverse.
What a great and touching biography. It didn't just show the great parts, but the ugly truths as well. The fact that it had a cgi monkey as a protagonist and frankly it didn't change anything speaks volumes of quality. I cried my heart out next to complete strangers in the airport 😂
