    EAT SHIT, DAVID ZASLAV!

This is a really entertaining comedy, with a pace that's fast but not breakneck so that moments have a chance to breathe, lots of funny jokes, and beautiful animation. The animation itself has a lot of gags with some characters designed to exploit the Uncanny Valley so that the mere sight of them cracked me up. I felt like this movie couldn't decide what it wanted to be.

It starts as a dark comedy about a man being killed over and over for medical research.

Then it becomes a sci-fi film about how weird it'd be to have a clone.

Then it briefly becomes a love triangle that kinda goes nowhere.

Then it becomes a different sci-fi film about colonization.

All of which is regularly interrupted by the director screaming about how much he hates Donald…
