Blink Twice 2024
A movie with the subtlety of 'Don't Look Up', but without the occasional genuine laugh that Jennifer Lawrence was able to provide.
Tonally all over the place. Some very real moments (if a bit jammed in dialogue wise), such as discussing how they'd be able to report their abuse to authorities. Juxtaposed with some absolute moon logic at other points in the film. It's also full of cliches which hurt the message of the film rather than helping it.
