A solid romance story. However, nothing spectacular about it or the story, with its main appeal being a story of coincidence (or fate if you’d prefer to say it that way) and Sydney Sweeney.

I had to rewatch this movie to make sure I wasn’t living in the moment during the first watch and overrating the film. To be frank, I don’t think I gave it enough praise for the true masterpiece that this film is. The way the movie was shot in this sort of vintage yet beautiful style whilst conveying the story of this genius who seems out of his time period from a horrid area is a unique piece of irony.…

Beautiful Boy 2018
Movies teach. And this movie was one that did so in the most beautiful way possible. The movie started strong by skipping majority of the unnecessary contextual scenes, which really put the rest of the story on display. The final scene was truly devastating to watch, because unlike the any other scene throughout the film where Nic relapses and comes to his dad or mom to help and then asks for their forgiveness, this last scene didn’t have any dialogue.…
