  This movie wants you to feel One Thing and it wants you to feel it very strongly and I just don’t. Ultimately I think it’s just a poorly constructed film. The dialogue is really clunky and delivered pretty poorly by just about every actor (freddy bear innocent <3) and the pacing is fucking miserable, the worst impulses of slow cinema fully on display. And the music’s awful too, every time someone delivers an emotional gut punch the most banal indie…

  By accident, we watched this in 2x speed, without music, and no translations for the intertitles. So we had people trying to translate for us in real time and trying to improvise our own soundtrack. From what I could tell, the movie is pretty good, but the experience was awesome lmao
