had so much fun watching this. old school cyberpunk ova that was surprisingly pretty good plotwise. as others mention this does feel like a bizarro early version of Cowboy Bebop instead of bounty hunters they're criminals working for the police but from the character personalities to the villians it seems very bebopy. way too short of a series maybe it would have ended up sucking if they drew this out longer but i would loved have to see how they would have fleshed the characters and everything out.
