  Eerie atmosphere, retro futuristic aesthetics, only one hour long, as appropriate for an experimental film. Despite all the nagging about the voice-over, the subtle baseness and cruelty of impotent academics is depicted aesthetically rather than narratively. The narrative is actually incomplete, a “found recording” if you wish, the narrator is implying a greater context, which we don’t have access to, enhancing the atmosphere. Loved it.
