  As someone who enjoys songwriters more than the singers. This movie just checks all the boxes. Jeff Bridges playing an old alcoholic outlaw country songwriter was perfect casting. The soundtrack was amazing, Ryan Bingham's song "Weary Kind" was amazing. I listened to the song before watching the movie, but hearing it in the movie was like a spiritual experience. Just all around great.

  It's a great western one of the best of the 21st century. Great story, cast, and cinematography. The score was 👌 (rap and westerns work pretty good) the only complaint I had was one song was kinda reggae-ish which stuck out like a sore thumb. But overall it was great.
