  What a movie. Don’t know how it’s taken me this long to watch this but it was well worth the wait. Really raw and stomach churning at points. I’ll be thinking about this one for a while.

  An American Werewolf in London 1981

  I wasn't really sure what to expect going into this, as I had only seen the transformation scene before, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that it's not just your run of the mill werewolf movie. The acting is very 80s campy, but that adds to the almost comedic feeling of the film. This also helps it stand out from other films in the genre. The prosthetics and transformation scenes were very vivid and ahead of their time, which I think adds to this film's reputation. Really enjoyed this.
