Jake always playing the won’t sleep until he figures out the issue and Paul Dano continues to make a living off looking creepy…

Gone girl, psychological, criminal, thriller vibes. I’m a sucker for uncomfortable movies like this. Jake and Jackman played their parts really well with other star actors sprinkled in the mix. Enough suspense and twists to keep you engaged. It’s not easy to execute movies in this area but this one was well done. All round pretty good.

    I understand the hype…

About as bare bones a film can get. A rare film that takes place in one place, no bullshit, no cinematography or effects to hide behind. The power of being the odd man out, the devils advocate for no other reason than to at least make people think about the other side. Henry Fonda was great, intelligent but still really respectful. Wonderful acting. My kind of plot.

This psychological thriller was slightly boring... The actors, and the look of the movie were box office, visually the movie had potential…

I'm giving this a bit higher of a rating than I think I should because of Brendan Fraser. I'll start off with everything outside of him first.

The Whale is one of those films that makes you think about time spent in the theater. Just a touch under two hours, it felt like the movies was at least 3 hours. A slow burner and taking you through days in the week (Monday-Friday), I did catch myself in my thoughts and…
