Wow, Dev Patel is v good at writing AND directing AND acting!!! The coloring, the cinematography, the MUSIC, the story was fantastic. It made me surprisingly emotional. Loved the dog, loved the trans commune montage (and subsequent bad assery), and I really loved the use of a religious/mythological story that I’m not familiar with as the through-line.
Incredibly creative while, at the same time, just another good ol’ John Wick type movie that I’ll eat up every single time.
