A Godsend of a movie, I don’t know how I’ve kept myself from learning the plot and seeing this my whole life but I’m grateful I’m able to see it now at a time and age I can appreciate it.

Opus 2025
I liked the set up of the story, but it stumbles and then rushes in the third act, I feel like the potential was squandered on the execution after things go awry, but I will say the last 20 minutes I thoroughly enjoyed because of what it implies. Last but not least were the amazing performances by Ayo and Malkovitch, elevated the writing to another level I was so entranced by them the entire film.

Witch Watch: Watch Party 2025
Quick quip and interjecting dialogue humor is literally my favorite kind of anime humor, I was just thinking about that recently after finishing Bocchi the Rock! I’m happy this got the DanDaDan treatment with a theatrical release! The animation was crisp n cute, voice acting was great!! Love the direction they took for their portrayals their chemistry in the little pre-showing talk with the audience and the anime itself was so real it was nice seeing the actors and director beforehand and after. Last but not least the ending song was so catchy I stayed till credits ended *thumbs up*
