What made this movie so funny was everyone looked like they didn't know what the signed up for and played it well. I got laughs out of it so I'm happy.

It feels a bit outdated like it should have come out in like 2012. I think the movie should have made Pia want to be independent for a different reason to keep up with the times. Women nowadays want to be single for more interesting reasons than just "I don't need a man". Especially since romance wasn't the main focus of the film her reasoning felt a bit hollow. I love Simone Ashley and her family was very entertaining to watch! I'm happy to watch more movies with brown representation their culture is so cool!

God damn this shit was good. I was a little worried cuz I thought the pacing would annoy me but it made it very dramatic and engaging. This movie was a pleasant surprise and it's kinda hard for me to put it into words how much I enjoyed the movie but this was a great experience.
