To be completely honest I didn’t think I was going to like this movie, I had heard from friends that it was overrated and the beginning seemed to be a typical high school movie. This movie complete surprised me. The messages, story and characters were amazing, and I cried a lot at the ending. The portrayal of ptsd and homophobia as well as the themes of friendship were done very well.
