This film literally changed my life. With powerful thriller and horror movie elements it is exciting to watch. But it brings to attention the racism imbedded into our culture. From it being the undertone of the entire movie from almost the first scene to the smallest things like Rose separating the coloured cereal from the white milk. It also explores the effects trauma can have on a persons life. The very mysterious scenes throughout the movie leave you second guessing what is happening until the very last minute. This masterpiece is truly a must watch that changed a generation of film and tv.
