  I’m struggling to actually write a review for this. This is a beautifully created film (experience) on grief, depression and the way that we remember our memories. This is a masterclass in heartbreak. It’s honest and authentic whilst being subtly devastating. The film is layered with love, comfort and connection, but with a dark anxious undertone that I’m sure many people will be able to relate to. I hope people understand that I am not exaggerating here when I say that Charlotte Wells’ dreamlike picture is one of the most impressive directorial debuts I have seen.

  I came into this movie knowing I would enjoy it. “Enjoy” it. I didn’t enjoy it. I absolutely, positively, and undoubtedly adored it. Every aspect of this movie was pure perfection. It’s hard to see any movie displacing this as a top 4 film. I am so baffled by how the character took on his challenges. The acting was phenomenal and the plot was so interesting to me.
