  Far and away a best picture contender

  Caused an argument afterwards about the ending so you know it’s good.

  Point off for music choices and the imo the final scene did not fit the character

  Great war on drugs period piece about police corruption. Some bad characters, like Russell Crowe’s cop. He turns in money that most would keep so everybody hates him for being a Boy Scout, but then also gets promoted for it? Every other A lister’s character in this movie is so good though. Denzel is the star ofc.
