  another successful ryan murphy viewing with my father—we thoroughly enjoyed this. idk why i feel self conscious admitting this, maybe bc the play can be polarizing in its depiction of upper-middle class gay male life pre-stonewall and AIDS but i thought it was wonderfully acted and shot in a captivating and creative way plus the dialogue! the cattiness level was ASTRONOMICAL!! and i personally found that to be palliative. got a little heavy-handed and did that thing i don’t love…
